CLOH.Org's is for lifelong learning. Sports best benefits flow from the transferable skills. Stretch ourselves by jumping into new equipment, new sports settings, new games, new leagues, new cultures, new age groups.
Many in sports are less keen on learning about their core sport and more open to their newly discovered sports. Jackie Joyner-Kersee kept her edge by being a student. You too can be a student in your core sports and activities. And, one of the best ways to new learning is to teach others. Through teaching, the learning happens and skills sharpen for both the teacher and the student.
